Patek Philippe & Cie, Genève, No. 869413, case No. 2779182, Ref. 2499/100, circa 1984, 4th serie, produced in 349 examples between 1950 and 1985. The 4th series started in 1978 with sapphire crystal. Very fine, astronomic, 18ct gold gentleman's wristwatch, with round button chronograph, register perpetual calendar and moon phases, with certificate.

D. mat silver, with applied gold indexes + auxiliary seconds and 30 minutes register dials, graduation for the days of the month, apertures for the days of the week, the months and the lunations. "Dauphine" gold hands. M. 13"'-Q rhodiumed, "fausses côtes" decoration, 23 jewels, lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to 8 positions, self-compensating Breguet balance-spring, micrometer regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. In very good condition. Diam. 38 mm.
