Produced in 349 examples between 1950 and 1985, third series with round buttons and crystal glass from circa 1960 to 1978. From 1978, becomes 2499/100 with sapphire crystal. Very fine and rare, astronomic, 18 ct gold gentleman's wristwatch with round button chronograph, register, perpetual calendar and moon phases, with 18 ct gold Patek Philippe deployant clasp.
