Patek Philippe & Cie, Genève, No. 868355, case No. 691602, Ref. 2499, circa 1953, l s t serie, produced in 349 examples between 1950 and 1985.(first series circa 1950-1960) Very fine and rare, astronomic, 18ct gold gentleman's wristwatch, with square button chronograph, register and tachometer, perpetual calendar and moon phases.

D. mat silver, with applied gold indexes and Arabic numerals + auxiliary seconds and 30 minutes register dials, graduation for the tachometer and for the days of the month, apertures for the days of the week, the months and the lunations. "Feuille" gold hands. M. 13? rhodiumed, "fausses côtes" decoration, 23 jewels, lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance adjusted to 8 positions, Breguet balance-spring, micrometer regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. In very good condition. Diam. 37 mm.
