Production of this reference started in 1951, sold in 1960.Very fine and very rare, astronomic, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with round button chronograph, register, tachometer, perpetual calendar and moon phases, with an 18K gold Patek Philippe buckle.

"Dauphine" yellow gold hands. M. 13 ''' CC, stamped with the Geneva Quality Hallmark, rhodium-plated, "fausses-côtes" decoration, 23 jewels, lever escapement, monometallic baance, 8 adjustments, self-compensating Breguet balance-spring, micrometer regulator.Dial, case and movement signed.
