Fine and rare astronomic 18-carat gold gentleman's wristwatch with round button chronograph, 30 minutes register, perpetual calendar and moon phases with 18-carat gold Patek Philippe integrated bracelet, produced in 349 examples between 1950 and 1985, among them, less than 4 examples with gold integrated bracelet.

C. massive, polished, concave bezel, dedicated back, sapphire crystal. D. mat silver with applied gold indexes + auxiliary 30 minutes register and seconds dials, graduation for the days of the month, apertures for the days of the week, the months and the lunations, outer graduations for the minutes and the seconds. "Dauphine" gold hands. M. 13' Q, rhodiumed, "fausses-côtes" decoration, 23 jewels, lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to 8 positions, self-compensating Breguet balance-spring, micrometer regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. In very good condition. Diam. 38 mm.
