Patek Philippe & Cie, Genève, No. 869490, case No. 2700442, Ref. 2499, sold on the 21.11.1977. 3rd serie finished in 1978. From 1978 with sapphire crystal, becomes Ref. 2499/100. Fine astronomic 18-carat gold gentleman's wristwatch with round button chronograph, 30 minutes register, perpetual calendar and moon phases, produced in 349 examples between 1950 and 1985. (3rd serie, round buttons and crystal glass 1960-1978 ca.)

C. massive, polished, concave bezel, crystal glass. D. mat silver with applied gold indexes + auxiliary 30 minutes register and seconds dials, graduation for the days of the month, apertures for the days of the week, the months and the lunations. Outer graduations for the minutes and the seconds. "Dauphine" gold hands. M. 13"' Q, rhodiumed, "fausses-côtes" decoration, 23 jewels, lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to 8 positions, self-compensating Breguet balance-spring, micrometer regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. In very good condition. Diam. 38 mm.
