Very fine and very rare, astronomic, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with r ound button chronograph, register, perpetual calendar, moon phases and an 18K yellow gold Patek Philippe buckle. C. Three-body, solid, polished and brushed, concave bezel, fluted curved lugs. D. Matte silver with applied yellow gold bâton and pyramidal indexes, subsidiary seconds and 30-minute register dials, graduation for the days of the month, outer 1/5th second scale, apertures for the days of the week, the months and the moon phases. Yellow gold "Feuille" hands. M. Cal. 13''', stamped with the Geneva Quality Hallmark, rhodium-plated, "fausses-côtes" decoration, 23 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance, 8 adjustments, self-compensating Breguet balance-spring, swan-neck micrometer regulator.Dial, case and movement signed.Diam. 37 mm.
