?Tachometer Scale? Patek Philippe & Cie, Genève, No. 868602, case No. 696514, Ref. 2499, second series. Made in 1957, sold December 12, 1958. Very fine and extremely rare, astronomic, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with round button chronograph, tachometer scale, register, perpetual calendar, moon phases and an 18K yellow gold buckle. Accompanied by the Extract from the Archives.
