Patek Philippe & Cie, Genève, No. 722707, case No. 307475, Ref. 2523, circa 1957. Extremely fine and probably unique "World Time",18ct white gold and "cloisonné" enamel gentleman's wristwatch with two crowns, with certificate.

C. massive, polished, satined, lapidated lugs. D. mat silver revolving dial bearing the narres of 41 towns of the world, at the centre, polychrome " cloisonné" enamel dial with applied white gold indexes, representing the maps of North and Central America, concentric, revolving dial in 24 hours for the nocturnal and diurnal hours. The winding-crown next to the "3" adjusts the hours and the 24 hours ring; the winding-crown next to the "9" turns the ring with the places narres. Blued steel fancy hands. M. 12 "'-400 Geneva Quality Hall Mark, rhodiumed, "fausses côtes" decoration, 18 jewels, lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to heat, cold isochronism and 5 positions, antishock system, self-compensating Breguet balance-spring, micrometer regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. In excellent condition. Diam. 36 mm.
