C. massive, polished, lapidated lugs. D. mat silver revolving ring dial bearing the names of 40 towns of the world, at the centre, a "guilloché" gold small dial bearing the signature and Roman numerals, concentric, a revolving dial in 24 hours for the diurnal and nocturnal hours. The windingcrown next to the 3 adjusts the hours and the 24 hours ring; the winding-crown next to the 9 turns the ring with the places names. Gold fancy hands. M. 12"'-400 signed Cartier, rhodiumed, "fausses côtes" decoration, 18 jewels, lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to heat. cold isochronism and 5 positions, antishock system, selfcompensating Breguet balance-spring, micrometer regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. In very good condition.
