Patek Philippe & Cie, Genève, No. 724309, case No. 313043, Ref. 2523/1, circa 1955. Very fine and rare "World Time" 18ct gold gentleman's wristwatch, with two crowns.

C. massive, polished, lapidated lugs. D. mat silver at the centre, dial with applied gold indexes, concentric, revolving dial in 24 hours bearing the nocturnal and diurnal hours. The winding crown at 3 o'clock adjusts the hours and the 24 hour ring; the winding-crown at 9 o'clock turns the ring with the places names. Fancy gold hands. M. 12'400, 18 jewels, lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to heat, cold isochronism and 5 positions, antishock system, selfcompensating Breguet balance-spring, micro-meter regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. In excellent condition. Diam. 36 mm.
