Very fine and rare, water resistant, 18K yellow gold wristwatch with an 18K yellow gold Patek Philippe buckle. Accompanied by a box and a Patek Philippe overhaul invoice dated 2008.

Cal. 10-200, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 18 jewels, straightline lever escapement, monometallic balance, self-compensating Breguet balance spring, swan neck regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 36 mm. Thickness 8 mm.
