Patek Philippe & Cie, Genève, "Calatrava", No. 727304, case No. 309771, Ref. 2597 HS (Heures Sautantes, completed in 1959, sold on September 30, 1959. Production of this reference started in 1958. Very fine and rare, two time-zone, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with two hands and an 18K yellow gold Patek Philippe buckle. Accompanied by the Extract from the Archives.

C. three-body, solid, polished and brushed, dedicated back, flat bezel, concave lugs, band bearing two buttons activating the hour hand forwards and backwards to indicate world time, independently by steps of one hour at a time. D. matte silver with applied yellow gold and painted indexes, auxiliary seconds dial. Yellow gold "Dauphine" hands. M. Cal. 12-400 HS, stamped with the Geneva Quality Hallmark, rhodium-plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, 18 jewels, straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock-absorber, Breguet balance-spring, micrometric regulator.Dial, case and movement signed.Diam. 35 mm.Engraved on the case back: "In Appreciation Harrah's - Sept. 1961?.
