Patek Philippe & Cie, Genève, Calatrava,No. 727318, case No. 309783, Ref. 2597 HS (Heure Sautante), made in 1959, sold on October 27, 1960.Very fine and rare two-time zone, 18K pink gold gentleman’s wristwatch with two hands, leather strap and 18K pink gold Patek Philippe buckle.

C. Three-body, solid, polished and brushed, flat bezel, concave lugs, bearing two buttons activating the hour hand forwards and backwards according to the world time, independently by steps of one hour at a time.D. matte silver with applied pink gold and painted indexes, auxiliary seconds dial. “Dauphine” pink gold hands. M. Cal. 12’’’-400 HS, stamped with the Poinçons de Genève, rhodium plated, “fausses côtes” decoration, 18 jewels, lever escapement, Giromax balance adjusted to heat, cold isochronism and 5 positions, shock-absorber, self-compensating Breguet balance-spring, micrometer regulator.Dial, case and movement signed.Diam. 35 mm.Accompanied by the Extract from the Archives.
