"Diamonds and Sapphires" Patek Philippe & Co., Genève, No. 945387, case No. 659759, Ref. 3071. Made circa 1952. Very fine and elegant, 18K yellow gold, diamond and sapphire-set lady's bracelet watch with concealed dial and integral sapphire-set bracelet.

Two-body, polished and brushed, circular body with domed hinged cover over the dial with pave set diamonds, single hinged lugs set with 14 diamonds, sapphire set flowerheads, integral bracelet composed of curled links, each set with five sapphires. D. Silvered with applied gold dot indexes and painted Arabic quarterhour numerals. Yellow gold "baton" hands. M. 5''', rhodium plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, 18 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance, self-compensating Breguet balance-spring, index regulator.
