Patek Philippe & Cie, Genève, No. 1100026, case No. 2602506, Ref. 3086/14. Produced circa 1959. Very fine and unusual, rectangular "bombé", 18K "guilloche" white gold lady's wristwatch with concealed dial and matching bracelet.
C. two-body, solid, polished, "bombé" cover repeating the bracelet decoration. D. matte silver with applied white gold indexes and Arabic numerals. "Bâton" white gold hands. M. 7-70 oval, rhodium-plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, 18 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted for heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, self-compensating Breguet balance-spring.Dial, case and movement signed.Dim. 17 x 18 mm.Bracelet measuring approx. 165 mm.
