Patek Philippe Ref. 3267, Platinum and Diamonds Patek Philippe, Genève, movement No. 980183, case No. 2609275, Ref. 3267/27. Made in 1960, sold in August 25th, 1960. Very fine and elegant, platinum and diamond lady's wristwatch with an integral platinum and diamond Patek Philippe link bracelet. Accompanied by the Extract from the Archives.
C. Two-body, solid, polished and brushed, bezel set with 18 brilliant cut diamonds, bracelet set with 42 brilliant cut diamonds (2.89 ct total). D. Matte silver with applied white gold oxydised baton indexes. White gold oxydised baton hands. M. Cal. 6???, rhodium plated, fausses cotes decoration, 20 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, Gyromax balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock absorber, selfcompensating flat balance spring. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 15 mm. Thickness 6.5 mm. Approx. overall length 165 mm.
