Extremely fine and rare, platinum, diamond and sapphire-set lady's wristwatch with cord bracelet and platinum clasp. Accompanied by a fitted Patek Philippe box and the Extract from the Archives.

C. Two-body, solid, polished, bezel set with 16 marquise-cut white diamonds (2.63 ct), flame-shaped extended lugs set with 21 graduated baguette sapphires (1,95 ct). D. Matte silver with applied white gold baton indexes. White gold baton hands. M. Cal. 13,5, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 20 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, Gyromax balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shockabsorber, self-compensating flat balance spring. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 21 mm. Thickness 7.1 mm.
