Patek Philippe, Genève, movement No. 993082, case No. 2663090, Ref. 3366. Made circa 1969. Extremely rare and very fine, rectangular, 18K white gold lady's wristwatch with bezel set with 26 diamonds (approx 1.55 ct) and concealed dial and 18K white gold hammered integrated bracelet.

C. Three-body, solid, bezel set with diamonds, hinged flip top cover with 30 diamonds opening with a secret button located at 4, case back with 4 screws. D. Matte silver with applied baton numerals. White gold baton hands. M. Cal 13.5, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 20 jewels, straight line lever escapement, Gyromax balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, movement stamped with the seal of Geneva, shockabsorber, free-sprung self-compensating flat balance spring. Dial, case and movement signed. Dim. 19 x 21 mm. Thickness 9 mm. Approx overall length 173 mm.
