Production of this reference started in 1958.Fine and unusual, rectangular curved, 18K yellow gold and ruby gentleman's wristwatch with hammered and polished yellow gold Patek Philippe articulated bracelet, covering on each side, a part of the case and the dial.

C. two-body, solid, polished, beveled band, "bombé" crystal. D. hammered yellow gold repeating the bracelet decoration, set with 12 small cabochon rubies for the hours. Gold "bâton" hands. M.
