C. Three body, solid, polished and brushed, curved lugs. D. matte silver with applied yellow gold baton indexes, subsidiary seconds dial. White gold baton hands. M. Cal 27-400 AM, stamped with the Seal of Geneva quality mark, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 18 jewels, gold lever escapement, Gyromax balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock absorber, self compensating free-sprung Breguet balance spring. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 34 mm. Thickness 10 mm.

Patek Philippe introduced reference 3410 in 1959. The watch is fi tted with the caliber 27-400 AM movement with gold lever escapement which was introduced one year prior in 1958. The present lot is one of very few examples in white gold to have ever appeared at auction.
