Patek Philippe & Cie, Genève, No. 783890, case No. 2609758, Ref. 3413, prototype of asymetric watch, designed by Gilbert Albert circa 1958, but never produced in series. Very fine and rare, asymetric, 18ct gold gentleman's wristwatch.

M. 23"'-300 Geneva Quality Hall Mark, rhodiumed, "fausses côtes" decoration, 18 jewels, lever escapement, Giromax balance adjusted to heat, cold isochronism and 5 positions, antishock system, self-compensating Breguet balance-spring. Dial, case and movement signed. In very good condition.
