PATEK PHILIPPE REF. 3419 AMAGNETIC, STAINLESS STEEL Patek Philippe, Genève, movement No. 730746, case No. 2619887, Ref. 3419. Made in the late 1960?s. Very fine and rare, water-resistant, amagnetic, stainless steel wristwatch.

C. Three-body, polished and brushed, straight lugs, inverted lugs, screwed-down case back. D. Matte silver with embossed steel baton indexes, outer minute track, subsidiary seconds dial. Steel baton hands. M. Cal. 27- AM 400, stamped twice with the Seal of Geneva Quality Mark, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 18 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock absorber, self-compensating Breguet balance spring. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 34 mm. Thickness 9 mm.
