Very fine and rare, antimagnetic, 18K yellow gold wristwatch with an 18K yellow gold Patek Philippe buckle. Accompanied by the Extract from the Archives.

Cal. 27-AM 400, stamped with the Seal of Geneva Quality Mark, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 18 jewels, straight-line bronze-beryllium lever escapement, Gyromax balance adjusted for heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock absorber, self-compensating free-sprung Breguet balance spring. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 34 mm. Thickness 8.5 mm.
