Patek Philippe & Cie, Genève, "Asymetric", No. 861416, case No. 2615623, Ref. 3422, prototype designed by Gilbert Albert, circa 1958, never produced in series. Very interesting and rare asymetric, 18 ct. gold gentleman's wristwatch.

C. quadrilateral, massive, polished, satined, stepped sicles. D. quadrilateral mat silver with painted indexes. "Bâton" gold hands. M. 8"' - 85, rhodiumed, "fausses côtes" decoration, 18 jewels, lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to 5 positions, self-compensating flat balancespring. Dial, case and movement signed. In very good condition. Dim. 29 x 33 mm.
