Patek Philippe & Cie, Genève, No. 861420, case No. 2610964, Ref. 3422, made in 1961, designed by Gilbert Albert in 1958. Very fine and rare extra-flat, asymetric, 18ct gold, gentleman's wristwatch.

C. flared, massive, polished, satined, stepped sides. D. champagne, with indexes "Bâton" gold. M. 8 3/4?, rhodiumed, "fausses côtes" decoration, 18 jewels, lever escapement, monometallic balance, adjusted to 5 positions,self-compensating flat balance-spring. Dial, case and movement signed. In excellent condition. Dim. 29x31 mm.
