?Yellow Gold Ref. 3423? Patek Philippe, Genève, No. 711337, case No. 2640041, Ref. 3423. Made in 1964, sold on June 8, 1965. Very fine, center- seconds, 18K yellow gold wristwatch with an 18K yellow gold Patek Philippe buckle. Accompanied by a fitted box and the Extract from the Archives.

C. Two-body, solid, polished, brushed, stepped bezel, straight lugs, snap-on case back. D. Matte silver with applied yellow gold bâton indexes. Yellow gold "baton" hands. M. Cal. 27-SC, stamped with the Geneva Quality Mark, rhodium-plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, 18 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock-absorber, self-compensating Breguet balance-spring, micrometer regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 34 mm. Thickness 10 mm.
