Patek Philippe & Cie, Genève, No. 857550, case No. 2622902, Ref. 3424, circa 1964. Designed by Gilbert Albert in 1958. Very fine and rare, asymetric, 18ct gold gentleman's wristwatch.

C. massive, polished, satined, quadrilateral, stepped sides. D. mat silver, with indexes. "Bâton" gold hands. M. 8"-85 rhodiumed, "fausses côtes" decoration, 18 jewels, lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to heat, cold isochronism and 5 positions, selfcompensating Breguet balance-spring. Dial, case and movement signed. In very good condition. Dim. 27 x 26 mm.
