?Yellow Gold 3438? Patek Philippe & Cie, Genève, Calatrava, No. 1110957, case No. 310775, Ref. 3438. Made in 1961. Very fine and rare, self-winding, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with an 18K yellow gold Patek Philippe buckle. Accompanied by an Extract from the Archives.
C. Three-body, solid, polished, flat bezel, concave lugs. D. Matte silver with applied gold bâton indexes and Arabic numerals, subsidiary seconds dial. Yellow gold "bâton" hands. M. Cal. 27- 460, stamped with the Geneva Quality Hallmark, rhodiumplated, "fausses-côtes" decoration, 30 jewels, straight line lever escapement, Gyromax balance adjusted for heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock-absorber, self-compensating freesprung Breguet balance-spring, 18K gold rotor. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 31 mm. Thickness 10 mm.
