PATEK PHILIPPE REF. 3444 Patek Philippe, Genève, No. 1111024, case No. 2619254, Ref. 3444. Made in 1961, sold on October 2nd, 1961. Very fine, self-winding, water-resistant, 18K yellow gold wristwatch with an 18K yellow gold Patek Philippe buckle. Accompanied by the Extract from the Archives.
C. Two-body, solid, polished and brushed, stepped bezel and lugs, recessed winding crown, screwed-down case back. D. Satine silver with applied yellow gold faceted dart and lozenge indexes, outer minute divisions, subsidiary seconds dial. Yellow gold baton hands. M. Cal. 27-460, stamped twice with the Seal of Geneva quality mark, rhodium plated, fausses côtes decoration, 37 jewels, straightline lever escapement, Gyromax balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock absorber, self-compensating freesprung Breguet balance spring, 18K gold rotor.
