Ref. 3445 ?White Gold? Patek Philippe, Genève, No. 1231132, Ref. 3445. Made circa 1970. Very fine, self-winding, water-resistant, 18K white gold gentleman's wristwatch with date, transparent back and an 18K white gold Patek Philippe buckle. Accompanied by an Extract from the Archives.
C. Two-body, polished and brushed, screwed down glazed case back, stepped bezel, lapidated angled lugs. D. Blue with white gold bâton indexes, outer dot minute markers, subsidiary seconds dial, aperture for the date. White gold "bâton" hands. M. Cal. 27-460 M, stamped twice with the Seal of Geneva Quality Mark, rhodiumplated, "fausses-côtes" decoration, 37 jewels, straight line lever escapement, Gyromax balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock-absorber, self compensating free-sprung flat balance-spring, 18K gold rotor. Dial and movement signed. Diam. 35 mm. Thickness 11 mm. To be sold without reserve
