Ref. 3445 White Gold Patek Philippe & Cie, Genève, No. 1118021, Ref. 3445. Made circa 1968. Very fine and very rare, self-winding, water-resistant, 18K white gold wristwatch with instantaneously changing date. Recently serviced by Patek Philippe.

C. Two-body, solid, polished and brushed, transparent screwed-down case back, stepped bezel, lapidated curved and straight lugs. D. Satiné silver with applied white gold baton indexes, outer minute division, subsidiary seconds dial, aperture for the date. White gold baton hands. M. Cal. 27-460 M, stamped twice with the Seal of Geneva quality mark, rhodium plated, fausses cotes decoration, 37 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, Gyromax balance adjusted to heat, cold isochronism and 5 positions, shock absorber, self-compensating free-sprung Breguet balance-spring, 18K gold rotor. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 35 mm. Thickness 10 mm.
