Ref. 3445 White Gold Patek Philippe, Genève, movement No. 1120234, case No. 311892, Ref. 3445. Made in 1962, sold on December 15th, 1962. Very fine and very rare, self-winding, water-resistant, 18Kwhite gold wristwatch with jump date. Accompanied by the Extract from the Archives.

C. Two-body, solid, polished and brushed, screwed-down case back engraved with initials, stepped bezel, lapidated curved and straight lugs. D. Satiné silver with applied white gold baton indexes, outer minute division, subsidiary seconds dial, aperture for the gold rimmed jump date. White gold baton hands. M. Cal. 27-460 M, stamped twice with the Seal of Geneva Quality Mark, rhodium plated, fausses cotes decoration, 37 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, Gyromax balance adjusted to heat, cold isochronism and 5 positions, shock absorber, self-compensating free-sprung Breguet balance-spring, 18K gold rotor. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 35 mm. Thickness 10 mm.
