Yellow Gold Ref. 3445 Patek Philippe, Genève, movement No. 1123873, Case No. 319623, Ref. 3445. Made in 1966, sold on July 18th, 1966. Fine, self-winding, water-resistant, 18K yellow gold wristwatch with date and a removeable linen-textured 18K yellow gold bracelet. Accompanied by the Extract from the Archives.
C. Two-body, solid, polished and brushed, stepped inclined bezel, lapidated lugs, screwed-down case back. D. Satiné matte silver with applied yellow gold baton indexes, outer minute division, aperture for the gold rimmed date. Yellow gold baton hands. M. Cal. 27-460, stamped with the Seal of Geneva quality mark, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 37 jewels, straight line lever escapement, Gyromax balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock absorber, self-compensating free-sprung Breguet balance spring, 18K gold rotor. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 35 mm. Thickness 10.5 mm. Approx. overall length 180 mm.
