Patek Philippe & Cie, Genève, No. 1231200, case No. 329470, Ref. 3445-6. Production of this reference started in 1961.Very fine, self-winding, water-resistant, 18K white gold gentleman's wristwatch with date and an 18K "guilloché" white gold linen textured Patek Philippe bracelet.

C. two-body, solid, polished and brushed, screwed-down case back, "guilloché" bezel repeating the bracelet decoration, hidden lugs. D. purple blue with applied white gold baton and dot indexes, auxiliary seconds dial, aperture for the date. "Bâton" white gold hands. M. Cal. 27-460 M, stamped with the Geneva Quality Hallmark, rhodium-plated, "fausses-côtes" decoration, 37 jewels, straight line lever escapement, Gyromax balance adjusted for heat, cold isochronism and 5 positions, shock-absorber, slf-compensating Breguet balance-spring, 18K gold rotor.Dial, case and movement signed.
