PATEK PHILIPPE REF. 3445 AUTOMATIC Patek Philippe, Genève, No. 1117756, case No. 327883, Ref. 3445. Made in 1970. Very fine and rare, self-winding, water-resistant, 18K yellow gold wristwatch with instantaneous date.

C. Two-body, polished, stepped bezel, facetted angled lugs, screw-down back. D. Satiné silvered with applied yellow gold baton indexes, outer engraved minute division, subsidiary dial for the seconds, aperture for the date. Yellow gold baton hands. M. Cal. 27-460 M, stamped twice with the Seal of Geneva Quality Mark, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 37 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, Gyromax balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock absorber, self-compensating Breguet balance spring, 18K gold rotor. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 35 mm. Thickness 10.5 mm.
