Patek Philippe & Co, Genève, No. 1125573, case No. 320232, Ref. 3445. Made circa 1968 for Gübelin. Very fine and very rare, self-winding, water-resistant, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with date, transparent back and extra solid gold back and Patek Philippe 18K yellow gold buckle.
