Patek Philippe & Cie, Genève, No. 1119364, case No. 331512, Ref. 3448,1 st series , produced in 586 examples between 1962 and 1982 .The first series was made from 1962 to 1974, and since 1974, the second series was produced with sapphire crystal under Ref. 3448/100. Very fine, astronomic self winding, 18ct gold gentleman' s wristwatch, with perpetual calendar and moon phases .

M. 27-460 Q Geneva Quality Hall Mark, rhodiumed, "fausses côtes" decoration, 37 jewels, lever escapement, Giromax balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, antishock system, self-compensating Breguet balance-spring, 18ct gold rotor, mono-directional winding. Dial, case and movement signed. In very good condition. Diam. 37 mm.
