Very fine and extremely rare, astronomic, self-winding, 18K yellow gold gentleman?s wristwatch with perpetual calendar, moon phases and an 18K yellow gold Patek Philippe buckle. Cal. 27-460 Q, stamped with the Geneva Quality Hallmark, rhodium-plated, "fausses-côtes" decoration, 37 jewels, straight line lever escapement, Gyromax balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock-absorber, self-compensating free-sprung Breguet balance-spring, 18K yellow gold rotor.Dial, case and movement signed. Notes

The present watch, bearing the number 1119001, is the second watch of this series. It is interesting to note that the first one, bearing the number 1119000, was produced with caliber 27-460 Q, but had only 34 jewels, when all others bear 37 jewels. Probably, after the creation of the first model, the caliber was adjusted to 37 jewels.
