D. matt silver with sapphireset indexes, graduation for the days of the month, apertures for the clays of the week, the months and the lunations. "Dauphine" platinum hands. M. 27-460 Q Geneva Quality Hall Mark, rhodium plated, "fausses cotes " decoration, 37 jewels, lever escapement, Giromax balance adjusted to heat, cold isochronism and 5 positions, antishock system, self-compensating Breguet balance-spring, 18K gold rotor. Accompanied by Ex/racd from the Archives. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 37 mm.

Ref. 3448 Produced in 586 examples, the majority in yellow gold, very few in pink or white gold, from 1962 to 1982. This watch is the unique example known to date in platinum. It was mounted at the request of the client by Patck Philippe with sapphire indexes and delivered on 9 .1m-wary 1997.
