A similar watch is published in ?Collecting Patek Philippe Wristwatches? by Osvaldo Patrizzi, Guido Mondani Editore, 2004, vol. II, pp. 223 to 225. The present watch is an exceptionally rare example because it has been made without the leap year indication while still being a perpetual calendar watch. To the best of our knowledge, this is the only Ref. 3450 with this characteristic. Today, only one example is known without leap year indication - the present watch.
