Patek Philippe & Cie, Genève, No. 1119671, case No. 2805694, Ref. 3450, 1980's. Fine and rare self-winding astronomic, 18-carat gold gentleman's wristwatch with perpetual calendar, moon phases and leap year display. Produced in 244 examples between 1981 and 1985.

D. mat silver with applied gold indexes + auxiliary dial for the days of the month, apertures for the days of the week, the months, the leap year and the lunations. "Dauphine" gold hands. M. 27-460 Q, Geneva Quality Hall mark, rhodiumed, "faussescôtes" decoration, 37 jewels, lever escapement. Giromax balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, self-compensating Breguet balance-spring, gold rotor, bidirectional winding. Dial, case and movement signed. In very good condition. Diam. 37 mm.
