Notes

The present watch is one of the extremely rare Ref. 3450 fitted with a display crystal snap-on back. Only four references 3450 fitted with such factory display backs have appeared in auction to date. These rare version were likely made by Patek Philippe by special order of the original owner. This particular example has never appeared on the market before and as remained in close to new condition having probably only been worn a few times and still exhibiting its factory finish to the case.
