Patek Philippe & Cie, Genève, No. 1119793, Ref. 3450 Q, second series. Production of this reference started in 1981, the present watch was sold on June 7, 1985. Very fine and rare astronomic, self-winding, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with perpetual calendar, moon phases, and the leap year marked in Roman numerals, with an 18K gold Patek Philippe buckle. Accompanied by a wooden fitted box and certificate.
C. three-body, solid, polished and brushed, dedicated back bezel with transparent sapphire crystal back. D. matte silver with applied yellow gold "Bâton" indexes, graduation for the days of the month, apertures for the days of the week, the months, the leap year and the moon phases. "Dauphine" yellow gold hands. M. Cal. 27-460 Q, stamped with the Geneva Quality Hallmark, rhodium-plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, 37 jewels, lever escapement, Gyromax balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock-absorber, self-compensating free-sprung Breguet balance-spring, 18K gold rotor. Engraved on the back bezel: "Gavin/Windsor/Cullen". Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 37 mm.
