Very fine and rare astronomic, self-winding, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with perpetual calendar, moon phases, and the leap year display in Roman numerals, with an 18K yellow gold Patek Philippe buckle.

D. matte silver with applied yellow gold "bâton" indexes, graduation for the days of the month, apertures for the days of the week, the months, the leap year and the moon phases. "Dauphine" yellow gold hands. M.
