Very fine and rare, astronomic, self-winding, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with perpetual calendar, moon phases, the leap year marked in Roman numerals and an 18K yellow gold Patek Philippe buckle. Matte silvered gold with appliedyellow gold bâton indexes, subsidiary seconds dial with graduation for the days of the month, apertures for the days of the week, the months, the leap year and the moon phases.
