PATEK PHILIPPE REF. 3454 YELLOW GOLD Patek Philippe, Genève, No. 1112489, case No. 312580, Ref. 3454. Made in 1962, sold on March 11th, 1964. Fine and rare, self-winding, water-resistant, 18K yellow gold wristwatch with an 18K gold deployant clasp. Accompanied by the Extract from the Archives.
C. Two-body, solid, polished, screwed-down transparent case back, inclined polished and milled bezel, recessed winding crown, rounded lugs. D. Matte silver with black baton indexes, subsidiary seconds dial. Yellow gold bâton hands. M. Cal. 27- 460, stamped twice with the seal of Geneva Quality mark, rhodium plated, fausses côtes decoration, 37 jewels, straight line lever escapement, Gyromax balance adjusted for heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock-absorber, self-compensating free-sprung Breguet balance spring, 18K gold rotor. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 35 mm. Thickness 9.5 mm. Property of a German Collector
