Ref. 3466 ?Stainless Steel? Patek Philippe, Genève, retailed by Beyer (Zurich), No. 1116333, case No. 2664326, Ref. 3466. Made circa 1970. Fine and rare, self-winding, water-resistant, stainless steel gentleman's wristwatch. Accompanied by an Extract from the Archives.
C. Two-body, polished and brushed, screwed-down case back, curved bezel, straight lugs. D. Satiné silver with applied white gold indexes, subsidiary seconds. White gold "bâton" hands. M. Cal. 27-460, stamped with the Seal of Geneva Quality Mark, rhodium plated, "fausses-côtes" decoration, 37 jewels, straight line lever escapement, Gyromax balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock absorber, self-compensating freesprung Breguet balance spring, 18K gold rotor. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 35 mm. Thickness 10 mm.
