Patek Philippe Ref. 3466 Stainless Steel Patek Philippe, Genève, movement No. 1115063, case No. 2662568, Ref. 3466. Made in 1967, sold on October 31st, 1967. Fine and rare, self-winding, water-resistant, stainless steel chronometer wristwatch with an integrated, custom-made silver-plated mesh bracelet. Accompanied by the Extract from the Archives. Recently serviced by Patek Philippe.
C. Two-body, polished, screwed-down case back, flat bezel. D. Satiné silver with applied white gold baton indexes, outer dot minute divisions, subsidiary seconds dial. White gold baton hands. M. Cal. 27- 460, stamped with the Seal of Geneva quality mark, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 37 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, Gyromax balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock absorber, self-compensating free-sprung Breguet balance spring, 18K gold rotor. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 35 mm. Thickness 10 mm. Approx. overall length 185 mm.
