Patek Philippe & Cie, Genève, No. 796866, case No. 518194, Ref. 3467. Produced circa 1965.Very fine, rectangular, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with an 18K yellow gold Patek Philippe bracelet. Accompanied by a fitted box.

C. two-body, solid, polished, bezel with vertical fluted pattern continued on the bracelet. D. yellow gold repeating the vertical fluted pattern, applied black square and bâton indexes. "Bâton" black hands. M. Cal. 23-300 stamped with the Geneva Quality Hallmark, rhodium-plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, 18 jewels, straight line lever escapement, Gyromax balance adjusted for heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock-absorber, self-compensating free-sprung balance-spring.Dial, case and movement signed.
